Business Services and Mailroom

Summary/Objective:

The Business Services Administrator is responsible for all mail room processes, as well as general operational support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Receive shipments from various couriers
  • Distribute mail
  • Pick up and route mail to appropriate locations
  • Assist with off-site storage files
  • Make trips to bank and other off-site locations
  • Distribute and maintain stock of office supplies
  • Restock mail drops
  • Prepare cubicles and offices for new hires
  • Assist with other projects and tasks, as needed

Supervisory Responsibility: None

Work Environment and Physical Demands: This job operates in an office setting. The role routinely uses standard office equipment (computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, etc.).  The physical activity of this position could include stooping, crouching, reaching, standing (constant), walking (constant), pushing, pulling and lifting. This position requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and to walk up/down stairs.

Position Type: Full-Time

Travel: Travel amongst local offices is occasionally necessary
