Position Summary
We are seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist with college recruitment and digital marketing experience to join our team of dedicated professionals. This position can be based out of Century City, CA or Encino, CA on a hybrid basis. The Talent Engagement Specialist is responsible for supporting talent engagement within the Firm, including its internship programs, fall and spring recruitment cycles, morale activities and content creation. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts in ensuring an engaging and positive employee experience, post-onboarding
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve overall job satisfaction among employees
  • Manage the planning, administration, and execution of multi-state college internship programs.
  • Oversee the planning, administration, and execution of bi-annual, multi-state college recruitment cycles.
  • Support content development and general maintenance for company intranet, including drafting features and updating internal communications.
  • Oversee design, text, video and additional content to Firm social networking accounts (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Instagram, Facebook, Handshake, etc.)
  • Partner with staff at all office locations for content of all events, ensuring each GRF office is being acknowledged and included.
  • Partner with the operations team on Firm branding and voice.
  • Participate in Firm Morale Committee meetings.
  • Coordinate with HR Managers on the administration and reporting of organization engagement survey
  • Analyze 30/60/90-day check-in data identifying quantifiable trends.
  • Analyze exit interview data for reoccurring trends, actionable feedback, and improvement suggestions
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build instant rapport
  • Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain a trusting relationship with staff and candidates
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Dedication to creating a positive employee experience

This is a non-exempt, overtime eligible position (hourly). The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $60,000 - $75,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidate information, including education and work experience, is verified upon an offer of employment.
